As Jurassicat Studios was planning to sell merchandise at a local convention we decided it'd be a good time to invest in Business Cards to share with attendees visiting the convention space, so I started work on a business card design.

I started off by browsing the internet for inspiration, what did I want in a business card, what didn't I want?

Stylewise I wanted the cards to pop, not be a standard white card with plain text on it, it needs to have it's own personality.

This is why I went for a playful more colourful comic book aesthetic, the background is a collection of panels made to look like a page out of a comic book and the half tone dots covering the playful title only further emphasize this.
